All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods such as new launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Oyster & Pearl Co. is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier. If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will, however, assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping at the buyer’s expense.
Local pickup may be available for select events or pop-up locations in Louisiana. Details will be shared on our social media pages when available.
Preorder and custom-made items may take longer to process. Estimated ship times will be noted on the product listing.
